This episode is inspired by the book, "The Big Fat Surprise: Why butter, meat and cheese belong in a healthy diet."
I find so many people are confused about what to eat. And why wouldn't we be when we are bombarded with marketing for "diets" all the time? Not to mention the 100 years of lobbying regarding nutrition.
Nina Teicholz is an investigative journalist and she does an amazing job in her book The Big Fat Surprise." I aim to shine a light on just a few ideas from her book and the 200 pages of research and resources.
