32: Which Diet (or Eating Style) Do You Follow? Summer Weight Loss Goals and Clearing Up Confusion on ALL the many diets
When it comes to what we eat and why -- there is a reason sometimes. And other times you might just jump on the bandwagon and follow the trends.
In this episode, I aim to clear up some of the confusion on all the various “diets” that exist out there, share where they came from, and what to know when you want to lose weight.
I try to remain (mostly) objective here and just report my findings -- although I do have my opinion (based on research and my nutrition certification) on how to eat to support optimal health.
Bottom line: don't get confused my marketing. Read all your food labels. Eat real, whole foods as much has possible. Start where you are, but start! Incremental improvements make a big difference.
