55: Weight Loss: Is Berberine really Nature's Ozempic?
Weight loss is a popular topic. It always has been and likely, always will be. And it's especially popular right now with an estimated 74% of Americans being categorized as obese.
I'm not talking about beauty standards when I mention weight loss. I'm talking about health, quality of life and longevity.
Obesity is a health issue because it is a co-morbidity, meaning it increases the likelihood to get type 2 diabetes, cancer or heart disease (to name a few).

Listen in as I attempt to provide a fair and balanced overview and add my personal perspective.
